Today being healthy is a most sought after luxury. If you have good and sound health, you can achieve anything you desire. And life is miserable with lack of health, it’s of no use…how wealthy you are!!

  • Exercise daily morning /evening at least 30 minutes. If you cannot, do 30 minutes walking.
  • Drink warm milk with turmeric at least 3 times a week.
  • Eat only natural & nutritious food like fruits (with C vitamins) & vegetables. Avoid eating processed foods.
  • Drink morning every other day a warm water with lemon juice.
  • Avoid drinking sugary drinks.
  • Take enough at least 6-7 hours sleep daily.
  • Always try to eat warm and half cooked vegetable food.

This way you can build your immunity stronger and eradicate the root cause of poor health (weak immunity).

You cannot totally depend on your doctor for your good health. You have to have enough knowledge about health. After all he has to run his business for profit.

We ignore health, yet desire riches, fame and pleasures not realizing body is a precious gift of nature. Our total well-being is depend on how physically fit we are, so it knees to be well taken care of.
